The Audi Q2 is asubcompact luxury crossover SUV built on the VW MQB A1 platform - the same one the Mk7 series VW Gold is based on. It is the lowest priced Audi SUV and boasts frugal performance. Like most of Audi's line-up, the marque offers a wide choice of specifications so you are bound to find precisely the one you want and need.
The Q2's exterior design was inspired by the Audi Quattro concept car that was unveiled at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show. It features the signature Single frame grille, which separates the radiator from the headlights, along with standard xenon headlights and LED daytime running lights.
The tailgate opens to reveal a 445-litre boot that can be expanded from 875 litres to 1440 litres by folding down the rear-seat backrests. Cabin storage space includes a console box located under the dashboard to keep things within easy reach
The interior of the Q2 features a flat-bottomed steering wheel and sport seats that offer increased lateral support and improved occupant comfort. An eight-inch touchscreen display is located in the centre of the dashboard, and includes the standard infotainment features, including Bluetooth connectivity and a USB port for connecting mobile devices. Due to Audi wanting to focus on its larger SUV offerings, the Q2 will be discontinued at the end of 2023.
